1. Site operator and purpose

Grand Ocean Trips is an independent enquiry website operated by Irina Necrasov, an individual based in Moldova. It provides information and a means of sending proposed journeys to an independent transport provider. Grand Ocean Trips is not a registered UK transport company, does not operate a fleet, and does not hold a TfL private hire operator licence.

2. Enquiries are not bookings

Submitting a form does not create a booking or a contract for passenger transportation. The website does not collect fares, issue booking confirmations or commit any provider to offer a journey. There is no guarantee of reply, availability, a specific vehicle, a price or a service level.

3. Referral partner

Where you explicitly agree, enquiries are addressed to Greater London Hire Limited (GLH), company registration 01156173, registered office 14–15 Gateway Mews, Bounds Green, London N11 2UT; telephone +44 20 7490 4222; email enquiries@glh.co.uk. GLH is independent of Grand Ocean Trips. It determines whether it can respond and any proposed transport booking is governed by its own terms.

4. Quotes, pricing and booking conditions

Any price, route, journey duration, passenger capacity, accessibility arrangements, cancellation conditions, waiting times, extra charges or payment requirements must be confirmed in writing with GLH before you agree to a booking. This website itself does not quote or charge fares.

5. Illustrative information

Photos are illustrative and do not represent vehicles owned by Grand Ocean Trips, guaranteed availability, completed journeys or an affiliation with the venues pictured. Casino visits, wine tastings and event admission are not sold through this site.

6. Your use of the site

Submit only your own contact details or information you have permission to share, and do not submit payment credentials or sensitive personal details. Do not use the form for unlawful, abusive or automated mass submissions.

We may update the informational content of this website or these website terms. Terms for any travel booking are set by the provider accepting it, not this website.
